  34. This is a signature programme which uses a public key encryption
  35. method.  It signes and checks signatures attached to mail messages
  36. so you can validate, check and authorize messages and their contents
  37. over a public communication channel.  It also acts as a seal, any
  38. changes to the message will render the signature invalid.
